The problem

A team's memory lives in people's heads and in chat threads.

A price given out loud. An instruction buried in a six-hundred-message WhatsApp thread. An invoice photographed, then lost. A decision made in a meeting that nobody remembers exactly.

As long as everyone is around, it holds. The day someone is away, on leave or leaves for good, the knowledge goes with them.

“Do you remember the price we gave that client?”

The answer

One place, and nothing to learn.

Zakora doesn't ask you to change your habits: it asks for one gesture, always the same. You type, dictate or photograph. The rest files itself.

  • A voice message is transcribed automatically — readable and findable.
  • A note is handed to someone in two taps and becomes a task.
  • Conversations are summarised every morning, without anyone asking.
  • Nothing is ever deleted: what is filed away stays findable.

How it works

Four gestures, that's all.

No training needed. Someone who has never used a management tool is productive on day one.

1

You capture

At the top of every screen: a note, a photo of an invoice, a thirty-second voice message. Three seconds is enough, even with no signal.

2

You hand over

You choose who handles it and who stays informed. They see it in their day and get a notification.

3

You discuss

Conversations by topic, with the right people. Every morning the AI extracts decisions, actions and open questions.

4

You find

One word is enough — even the start of one. Search covers messages, tasks, notes, transcribed voice messages and documents.

5

You know who's where

Everyone says whether they're at the office, travelling or off. A mundane detail that saves ten phone calls a week.

6

You ask a price

Ask by text, photo or voice; someone answers; the answer stays. The second time, it appears before you finish typing.

What's inside

Five screens, not thirty.

Every feature exists because a team needed it. Nothing was added to fill a brochure.

My day

A single list: what's overdue, messages waiting, today's tasks, notes to file. Every line starts with a verb.

To do

One person responsible, others kept informed, a due date. Tasks cross company boundaries when they need to.

Messages

Conversations by topic, attachments, transcribed voice messages, reactions. Sealed: non-members see nothing, not even in search.

Automatic summaries

Every morning, active conversations are summarised into decisions, actions and open points. Each item cites its source messages.

Documents

Photos, PDFs, spreadsheets, filed by topic. A photo can be described automatically so it becomes searchable.

Several companies

One organisation, several companies — or one company split into departments. Everyone sees only their own scopes.

Your data

Separation lives in the database, not in the display.

Every stored row carries the identity of its organisation, and the database itself refuses to return what belongs to someone else. It isn't a rule the software chooses to follow: it's a constraint it cannot bypass.

  • Hosted in Europe (Frankfurt), on Supabase infrastructure.
  • No deletion: content is archived, never erased.
  • Full export of your data on request, in one file.
  • GDPR erasure of a person, with history kept anonymously.
  • Location is never stored: it is compared, then forgotten.

Installation

Almost nothing to install.

Zakora opens in a browser, then adds itself to the phone's home screen like any app — no store, no updates to keep track of.

  • Android and iPhone, computer and tablet.
  • Sign in through a link sent by email: no password.
  • Works offline; whatever you note goes out when the connection returns.
  • Phone notifications for what concerns you.
  • Available in French, English, Dutch, German, Spanish and Italian.

Pricing

Being defined.

Zakora is used daily by its first teams. If you'd like to be one of them and shape what gets built next, write to us: we open access case by case.

Frequently asked questions

What is Zakora?

Zakora is a web application for the collective memory of small teams of 2 to 10 people. It brings tasks, conversations, documents, transcribed voice notes and price requests together in one place, all searchable with a single word.

Do I need to install software?

No. Zakora opens in a browser, then adds itself to the phone's home screen like an app, without going through the App Store or Google Play. It works on Android, iPhone, computer and tablet.

How do people sign in?

Through a link sent by email, with no password. New members join an existing organisation via an invitation link sent by an administrator.

Is data from several companies kept separate?

Yes. Every record carries the identity of its organisation and the database itself refuses to return another organisation's data. One organisation can hold several companies, or split a single company into departments.

Does Zakora work offline?

Yes for capture: a note, photo or voice message recorded without a connection is kept on the device and sent automatically when the network returns.

How much does Zakora cost?

Pricing is being defined. Access is opened case by case to the first teams; requests go to info@zakora.eu.
