A question, a breakdown, a request for access: one address, and someone reads it.

Write to us

Write to info@zakora.eu. We answer in English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and Italian, usually within one working day.

If your problem concerns a specific item — a task, a message, a document — mention the topic and the approximate date: it saves us having to ask.

The user guide

Most questions are answered in the user guide, screen by screen. It reads fine on a phone.

Common questions

The sign-in link never arrives.

Zakora has no password: every sign-in goes through a link sent to your address. If it is not there after a minute, check your junk folder, check the spelling of the address you entered, then request another one from the sign-in screen. If your company filters incoming mail, have the zakora.eu domain allowed. If none of that works, write to us: we will check on our side that the message actually left.

My phone rings but the screen stays black (Android).

By default, Android stops apps from opening a call screen on a locked phone. You have to allow it once: open Settings in Zakora — if the permission is missing, an "Allow the call screen" button takes you straight to the right system page. The warning disappears on its own once it is on. On iPhone there is nothing to do.

How do I install Zakora on my phone?

Search for Zakora in the App Store or on Google Play. That is the version to install: it alone receives calls and notifications. On a computer, simply go to app.zakora.eu, nothing to install. A browser tab on a phone, however, does not ring — the system does not allow it.

I am not getting notifications.

Three things stack up: the app must be installed from a store, notification permission must be granted in your phone's settings, and your preferences inside the app must be on. Check all three, in that order. If you have just reinstalled the app, open its Settings once: that is what registers your phone again.

Are calls recorded?

They are transcribed, to produce the summary that gets written into the conversation. The call screen says so before you answer, together with the retention period your organisation has chosen. The audio recording is destroyed as soon as it has been transcribed; nothing of it remains. The text is kept for the period your administrator set — 24 months by default — then deleted automatically. A call shorter than ten seconds is neither transcribed nor summarised.

There is no sound during a call.

Check that Zakora is allowed to use the microphone in your phone's settings. Then look at the speaker button on the call screen: if it is on the wrong output, it feels like a fault. Finally, a Bluetooth headset already connected to something else sometimes captures the sound: disconnect it and call again.

I have no network: do I lose what I write?

No. What you type, photograph or dictate is kept on the device and leaves as soon as the connection returns. Just leave the app open for a few seconds once you are back online, long enough for the upload to finish.

How do I invite a colleague?

Invitations are sent from the app by an administrator of the organisation, and need nothing but the colleague's email address. They receive a link: no account to create, no password to choose. The user guide walks through the screen.

I deleted something by mistake.

Content is archived, never erased — that is the whole point of Zakora. Write to us with the approximate date and the topic concerned: what disappeared from the screen can almost always be brought back.

How do I delete my account?

From inside the app, without going through us. Your name, address and photo are erased immediately and you can no longer sign in; what you wrote stays in the team's memory, attributed to "Deleted user". If you cannot reach that screen, write to us from the account's address and we will do it for you.

How do I get my data back?

On request, we export all of your organisation's data into a readable file. Write to info@zakora.eu from the account's address.

How much does Zakora cost?

Pricing is being defined. Access is granted case by case to teams willing to take part in the first months — write to us to be one of them.

Reporting a problem

So that a fault gets fixed rather than merely noted, describe it with:

Security issues go to the same address with "security" in the subject line: they jump the queue.
